We are thrilled to announce that UHA Health Insurance has been recognized as a Best Place to Work by Hawaii Business Magazine in 2025! This marks the third time that we’ve received this prestigious honor, and we couldn’t be prouder of our dedicated team.

The recognition is based on the results of an employee survey that evaluates factors such as work culture, employee satisfaction, and fulfillment. At UHA, we strive to create an environment where our employees feel valued, supported, and connected to the meaningful work they do. We believe that a positive workplace culture, strong work-life balance, and opportunities for skills development are key to fostering an engaged and motivated team.

On March 28th, we celebrated this achievement with the other honorees at a fun-filled dinner and awards celebration. Our booth was a hit, featuring a nostalgic claw game where attendees had the chance to win stuffed animals, cobranded UHA x Eden in Love bags, and other fun prizes. It was a night of celebration, connection, and recognition of the incredible companies in our community.

This award highlights our ongoing commitment to creating a workplace where our employees feel appreciated and empowered. We’re excited to keep building a positive, supportive environment for years to come.

If you share our values and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, taking on new challenges, and improving the health care needs of our community, we invite you to explore our career opportunities. Join us in making a difference! Check out our open positions here.
