Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Mandatory for Online Employer Services Starting the Week of Sept. 28
At UHA Health Insurance, protecting your account data is a top priority. To ensure the highest level of account security and align with industry best practices, we are introducing Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for all UHA Online Employer Services accounts starting the week of September 28, 2026.
Why We’re Making This Update
-
- Enhanced Protection: MFA helps safeguard your account against unauthorized access and credential misuse.
-
- Industry Best Practice: Cyberthreats in healthcare continue to grow; MFA provides a proven, proactive layer of defense.

- Update or Register (If needed): If your email is incorrect or a staff member needs a separate account, submit the Group Information Change and Online Authoirzation form. Please allow 4-6 business days for updates.
-
- Whitelist Our Email: Add [email protected] to your email safe senders list so authentication emails aren’t flagged as spam. View our FAQ for instructions.
