Provider Search Tools have moved.

As part of our commitment to deliver simple and worry-free experiences for our physicians, we’ve made some adjustments to our online resources and tools for providers.

Providers can now find UHA’s prior authorization (PA) requirements for drugs and medical services online in one convenient location. 

In the top menu of our website, hover over the ‘Providers’ tab, then click on ‘Online Prior Authorization’. You’ll find links to our ‘Search for Drugs That Require PA’ and ‘Search for Medical Services That Require PA’ tools on a new page.
