Member Advisory: Protect Yourself From Scam Communications

UHA has received reports of suspicious or unexpected calls and text messages appearing to come from UHA, and we are closely monitoring these reports to help protect our members.

Please remain cautious if you receive an unexpected phone call, text message, or other communication claiming to be from UHA. UHA will not unexpectedly ask for sensitive personal or financial information. 

If you receive a communication that seems suspicious: 

• Do not share personal, financial, or account information 

• Hang up or stop responding 

• Do not click links or respond directly to suspicious texts or emails 

• Contact UHA directly at 808-532-4000 to confirm whether the communication is legitimate 

We are actively monitoring this situation and working with our technical partners to address these reports. Your awareness helps protect both you and our community.
