We recognize there may be disruptions to your billing and claims operations as a result of the Change Healthcare cybersecurity incident. To assist you during this time, we’re offering the following alternatives to submit claims to UHA:

  1. Enroll with Hawaii Xchange at hawaiixchange.com/.
  2. If you are using a practice management or billing software and need an alternative clearinghouse, UHA already works with the following:
