Adventist Health Castle Signs New Agreement with UHA Health Insurance, Continues as a Participating Provider

Honolulu, HI (Feb. 10, 2026) – UHA Health Insurance is pleased to announce that a new, three-year agreement with Adventist Health Castle (Adventist) went into effect retroactively from January 1, 2026.

Adventist has been part of the UHA network since 1996 when it was known as Castle Medical Center. UHA Health Insurance has one of the largest physician networks in Hawai‘i. 

As a local, physician-founded and guided health insurer and mutual benefit society, UHA works dutifully to manage its employers’ and members’ premium dollars so that they have access to affordable, high-quality care.
