(HONOLULU, February 9, 2009)—UHA has expanded their sales force by promoting Roxanne Ducusin to Account Executive. In her new position, Ducusin is responsible for achieving assigned sales and retention goals through successful new business development.
Ducusin joined UHA in March of 2004 as a Sales Assistant II. In 2006 she was promoted to Marketing Administrator, responsible for coordinating marketing campaigns, corporate sponsorships, donations, and various market studies.
Ducusin is a graduate of the University of Hawaii, Shidler College of Business, with a Bachelors of Business Administration in Human Resource Management and a Minor in Speech. She is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management (Hawaii), 2009 Board Member of Hawaii Jaycees, and a member of the University of Hawaii Alumni Association and the Shidler College of Business Alumni Association.
UHA has also promoted Alyssa Senas. In her new position as Marketing Services Supervisor, she provides direct supervision of the Marketing Services staff while overseeing the company’s marketing projects and campaigns.
Senas joined UHA in 2005 as an Account Services Assistant II and subsequently became the Marketing Administrative Assistant in 2008. Prior to joining UHA, Senas served as an International Admissions Coordinator and Records Coordinator for Hawaii Pacific University. Senas has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Hawaii Pacific University. She is married with one son.
