Eligibility and Fees
- Only for employees and their dependents covered by UHA medical plans. This service is not available to COBRA members and individuals with drug riders only.
- No fees for Global Emergency Services*
How To Use The Service
Make sure you take your Assist America Global Emergency Services UHA Reference Number, your UHA Medical ID, and your UHA Prescription ID cards with you when traveling. Contact UHA Member Services for the UHA/Assist America Reference Number.
