About the Program

There are three ways to get your flu shot during this time:

• At your work site
  Available to employer groups who have 40 or more participants interested in receiving the flu shot. Non-members may also be participants at a discounted rate, although priority is given to members.
• Select Longs Drug stores
  If your employer group has less than 40 interested participants, you may receive your flu shot at select Longs Drug stores around the state at designated dates and times.¹
• With your physician
  Your physician may offer the flu shot as well. Check with them for availability.

Eligibility and Fees

• All members are eligible (subscriber, spouse, dependent)
• The flu shot is provided to all members at 100% of the eligible charge at these locations

To Enroll/Participate

Check with your employer to see if we will be visiting your work site. If not, check back during flu season to see if the flu shot will be available at a Longs Drug store near you, or call your physician.
