About the Program

• Asthma management education classes
  You will receive 10 sessions with a Certified Asthma Educator. Classes are held at select Longs Drugs locations around the state.
• Generic co-payment on most asthma medications¹
  Refer to the UHA Preferred Drug Listing to see if your medication is covered.

To Enroll/Participate

• Members who are screened in an onsite wellness program, with test results that indicate they have asthma, are selected and invited to participate.
• If you have not participated in an onsite screening, but are interested in taking advantage of this program, or for any questions, contact Health Care Services.

Eligibility and Fees

• All members are eligible
• No fees for "asthma management classes" if seeing a participating provider
• There may be a co-payment on some medications or supplies¹
